ZERO CONDITIONAL
General truths and general habits
If + present simple, present simple
Se utiliza para expresar situaciones que son siempre verdaderas, como hechos científicos, verdades generales o rutinas.
Aquí tienes algunos ejemplos y su uso:

Hechos científicos:
- “If you heat water to 100 degrees Celsius, it boils.”
- (Si calientas agua a 100 grados Celsius, hierve.)

Verdades generales:
- “If it rains, the ground gets wet.”
- (Si llueve, el suelo se moja.)

Rutinas o hábitos:
- “If I wake up early, I go for a run.”
- (Si me despierto temprano, voy a correr.)
El “zero conditional” es útil para describir reglas, procedimientos, leyes naturales y hábitos que son siempre ciertos bajo ciertas condiciones.

Provided (that) / As Long As
Both expressions are used to introduce a condition. They mean the same a
- Usage: To indicate that something will happen only if a specific condition is met.

Structure:
1. Provided (that): Provided (that) + subject + verb.
Example: “You can go to the party provided (that) you finish your homework.”
- As Long As: As long as + subject + verb.
Example: “You can borrow my car as long as you drive carefully.”
Even If
This expression is used to introduce a condition that will make no diffe
- Usage: To indicate that something will happen regardless of whether a particular condition is met.

Even if + subject + verb.
Example: “I will go for a walk even if it rains.”
Example: “She will continue working even if she doesn’t get a raise.”
Unless
- Usage: To indicate that something will happen except if a particular condition is met.

Unless + subject + verb.
Example: “I won’t go to the beach unless it stops raining.”
Example: “You can’t enter the club unless you are a member.”
