- Both of these tendons run in a sheath
- Thickenings of the sheath are a pulley system
- This keeps the tendon close to the bone

- History
- Clicking sensation with movement of the Digit
- Lump in the Palm (under the Pulley)
- They may have to use the other hand to “unlock” this one
- “Clicking” Sensation may progress to “Locking” sensation
