They provide training and continuing professional development (CPD)
Mentoring for staff
Monitoring and performance management of staff
Hold regular staff meetings to discuss issues/practice
What does best practise do
Applying nest practice involves providing care that is required to meet the needs of individuals.
This improves the individuals self-esteem making them feel valued and enables them to have trust and confidence in the practitioners providing their care.
This in turn can improve the individuals wellbeing by helping them to maintain their independence, make progress or have a speedy recovery.
