- Cond that result in best price (lowest charge or highest disc) are selected
- All other cond are deactivated

- A: chooses best price among all cond types in the first exclusion grp
- B: chooses best price among all cond records w/ same cond type
- C: the total of the cond records from first exclusion grp is compared w/ total of second exclusion grp
- D: if a cond record is determined for cond types in first exclusion grp then all cond rec for 2nd excl grp are deactivated
- E: similar to B except that worst price is chosen (highest charge or lowest disc)
- F: similar to C except that grp w/ worst overall price is chosen
- L: similar to A except that worst price is chosen

- Cond supplements do not have their own access sequence
- They are maintained with the cond record
- Allowed cond supplements are defined in customizing by assigning to the cond type a diff pricing procedure listing the desired cond supplements

- Data determination in access - price book (4 items):

- Price book refers to a price determination strategy (e.g. pricing procedure RVAA02)
- The aim is to set certain prices for a grp of customers
- Special price agreements are also set based on material
- This is based on a price book whose prices are defined customer independently

- Two-step data determination process (4 items):

- Step 1: sales deal number (cond type PBU) is determined based on customer grp
- Step 2: based on mat grp, special agreements are determined, taking into account (cond type PBUD): pricing date, scale qty, item price list
- The special agreements created are used in the cond type PBBS and as result the base prices are read
- Based on these prices, the gross price is calc in the cond type PBUP, using the perc value from cond type PBUD
