lecture 5/27

.

mean drop linearar threw intire circute
M is blood presure
linear decline is pressure in circulatoin
this are not partial pressure of gass there blunt pressures
Y- axis is blunt pressure

pulmondary circulatoin
bronchial circualtion
. pulumanry circulation comes for the right side of the heart. has artialized blood. (oxidized blood (gas exchange
brochial circulation comes out the left side of the heart

hypoxic pulmonary vasconstriction 1

hypoxic pulomanry vasoconstriction II

hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction what effect does it have on pulonnary resistance? cardiac work? consequences ?
cardiac work

distribution of blood flow

exersizing vs rest
in exersizing, improve cerculation up and odwn the lung

hdrostatic effect on blood flow. read bottom notes
just enough to get the blood to the top of lungs. slow weak . zone 1-not normal. blood pressure falls dramaticly.(hemorage) constribution of blood flow. no circulation.
zone 2-flow of blood is determined by arterial arvilar differance. intermittin flow. always some flow. arterial pressure is higher=blood will flow. if talveolar higher then no blood blow? RESSISTOR
zone 3-increase pressure, aveolar rises. inreased pressure in alivari. ex.wind instruments hitting a high note
zone 4 is at the bottom where the diaphram is

excersise and blood flow

excersise and blood flow O2

why does resistnace not increase in excersise and blood flow
4 liters a min in this diagrame is the noraml vaule 13 mm. of murcery. as cardiac output increases , pulmonary artial pressure increased. you dont want this cause is if rises then more fulid will come out of of the capillary. which is okay unless you have other issures
