What 2 elements are needed for organisational change?
Both hard and soft elements need to be addressed i.e design of organisatio structure and skilled employees to do the work.
What are KPI’s
They are key perfomance indicators used to measure how well the orgainsation is doing
Whats are CSF’s
They are critical success factors and are the things that the organisation must be good at or must get right in order to succeed.
What are business rules ?
They are rules that determine how activities are undertaken and often represent policies , constraints and operational guidance.
What are functional views ?
Traditional view based on specialist functional areas :
Marketing
Sales
HR
Accounts
Procurement
Operations
(Focus on structure and reporting)
Whar a Process Views ?
A business process spanning several views and with a need to communicate and interface across functions

What is the Information Management Model and what are its four sectors ?
Information can be categorised as either structured or unstructured. as well as controlled and exploited.
The four quadrants are :
- Data Processing
- Document Management
-Business Intelligence
-Knowledge management
What is the Waterfall Lifecycle?
A lifecycle that goes through a sequence of steps in a linear form
What is the V model ?
This is where the testing matches up to the requirements
What is the Incremental lifecycle
It is a evolution of the Waterfall model but product developement , testing and implementation is done as a series of incremental builds
What is the Iterative lifecycle?
A cyclical process of prototyping , testing , analysing and refining a product or process ( such as SCRUM/Agile)
