Common: metallic taste, tingling in hands/feet, metabolic acidosis

Serious: aplastic anemia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis

MOA of PGAs

A

First line for POAG

1) PGF2 receptors on ciliary muscle -> reduction of neighboring collagen (MMPs) -> incr uveoscleral outflow
2) skin receptors -> activ phospholipase C to alter hair follicles
