Scheduling Aids (SA)

A

Notes used to help determine how MRC’s should be scheduled via SKED. Also help in determining which MRC’s should be active for pieces of equipment. Provide lineout reasons.

Inactive Equipment Maintenance: Status I

A

Periodic Maintenance (PM) WILL be scheduled if applicable. Remain onboard. Is not scheduled for corrective maintenance or overhaul. Will be inactive during extended shutdown periods and maintenance availabilities as determined by the Department Head.

Inactive Equipment Maintenance: Status II

A

Periodic Maintenance (PM) MAY be required for scheduling. Subject to corrective maintenance, overhaul, or removal for safe storage. Will be temporarily transferred to another activity for maintenance responsibility for extended shutdown periods as determined by the Department Head.

A

A piece of equipment or system intentionally placed out-of-service with no intention of reactivating the equipment or system.
