3.7.1 RNS for RCS makeup
One train of RNS shall be FUNCTIONAL
APPLICABILITY: MODES 1 - 3
ACTIONS
Required RNS train not functional, restore within 14 days
3.7.2 RNS for RCS Open
Two trains of RNS FUNCTIONAL and one RNS pump in operation
APPLICABILITY: MODE 5 with RCS open, MODE 6 with upper internals installed and MODE 6 with < 23 feet above the flange
ACTIONS
A. One RNS train not FUNCTIONAL or required RNS pump not in service
A.1 Initiate actions to increase the water inventory above the core within 12 hours
A.2 Restore two trains of RNS to functional and have one RNS pump in service within 72 hours
3.7.3 CCS - RCS Open
Two CCS trains shall be functional and one CCS pump operating
APPLICABILITY: MODE 5 with RCS open, MODE 6 with upper internals in place, and MODE 6 with cavity level < 23 feet above the flange.
ACTIONS
A. One CCS train not functional OR required CCS pump not operating
A.1 Initiate actions to increase water inventory above the core within 12 hours AND
A.2 Restore two CCS trains to FUNCTIONAL with one pump in operation within 72 hours.
3.7.4 Service Water System - RCS Open
Two SWS trains shall be Functional and one SWS pump in operation.
APPLICABILITY: MODE 5 with RCS open, MODE 6 with upper internals in place, and MODE 6 with cavity level < 23 feet above the flange.
ACTIONS
A. One SWS train not functional OR required SWS pump not operating
A.1 Initiate actions to increase water inventory above the core within 12 hours AND
A.2 Restore two CCS trains to FUNCTIONAL with one pump in operation within 72 hours.
3.7.5 Main Control Room (MCR) Cooling - Long Term Shutdown
Long term cooling shall be FUNCTIONAL
APPLICABILITY: MODES 1 - 6
ACTIONS
Required MCR ancillary fan not FUNCTIONAL, restore within 14 days
3.7.6 I&C Room Cooling - Long Term Shutdown
Long term cooling of I&C room B or I&C room C shall be FUNCTIONAL
APPLICABILITY: MODES 1 - 6
ACTIONS
Required I&C room ancillary fan not FUNCTIONAL, restore within 14 days
