–> Choice drug for pneumonia, intra-abdominal infections, B. anthracis
–> Binds to Calcium, iron, magnesium, aluminum
–> Avoid during pregnancy d/t potential effect on cartilage development + can cause tendinopathies

–> Disulfiram effect
