Q

what can IP addresses be to a device?

A

they can be either static (never changing to allow for higher traceability as well as faster internet speeds but also potentially making maintenance costs overshoot oneโ€™s budget) and dynamic (changing with every single connection to allow for greater privacy but also potentially unreliable with VoIP services like Discord and Skype)

Q

how do routers help send data across networks?

A
