A document used to track and plan a projects progress throughout its development

Tasks are larger pieces of work and activities are the smaller actions that are done to complete a task
Contingency
An amount of time allocated for that “what if” something goes wrong scenario so they can find a way around the problem and fix it

-To manage recourses so everything’s ready for production

The length of time available to complete a project
