The wine will loose its freshness but will regain its balance once cooled off (slowly)
How do you properly fill an ice bucket?
3/4 full half with ice and half with water to transfer the heat from the bottle to melt the ice

It can potentially mask the flavors
What sized glass should a red wine be drunk out of and why?
•A larger glass
•Allows the air to come in contact with the wine to better develop the aromatics and flavors

• A medium sized glass
•So the fruit characteristics can gather towards the top of the glass
