How are the air stair threshold light, aisle light and under step lighting controlled?
Single switch at floor level just forward of air stair. All 3 turn off automatically with air stair closed and handle locked.
(Only come on with opening if switch is on)
Where are the majority of cockpit light controls?
Overhead panel
Where are the recog lights mounted?
In each wingtip
Where are the ice lights mounted?
On the outside of engine nacelles
What bus powers the air stair floodlight, as well as baggage area light?
Hot battery bus
Where are nav lights mounted?
On each wingtip and in the horizontal stabiliser tailcone
Where are the strobe lights mounted?
In each wingtip and the tip of the tail cone
Where are the landing and taxi lights?
On the nose gear. Left and right landing lights and one taxi light
