Plain weave
Simplest and strongest weave structure, warp and weft pass alternately over and under each other to form the maximum number of interlacings.
Twill weave
each warp floats across two or more weft with a progression of interlacings by one to the right or left forming a distinct diagonal
Satin weave
A weak but lusturous weave in which each warp floats across four or more weft with a progression of interlacings by two to the right or to the left
