Purpose
To determine the factor internal to the solution that restrict the full realization of value
Description
Identify the root causes for under performing and ineffective solution and solution components
Assessment may be performed at any point during the solution life cycle
Inputs
Implemented solution (external): a solution that exist. The solution may or not be in operational use, it may be a prototype
solution performance analysis

- Identify internal solution component dependencies
BA identify solution component which have depend on other solution and then determine anything about dependencies or other components that limit solution performance and value realization

Investigate solution problems
By examining instance where output from solution are below an acceptable level of quality or where potential value not be realized
Problems maybe: inability meet the goals, objectives, reqs or failure to realize benefit
