3 Flashcards
what happens in telophase 1?
movement of homologous chromosomes continue until there is a haploid set at each pole
what happens in cytokinesis?
in animal cells a cleavage furrow forms in plants they sell platforms no chromosome replication occurs
what happens in prophase 2?
a spindle apparatus forms and attaches to the Kintorche of each sister chromatid
what happens in Metaphase 2?
sister
Centromeres arranged at the metaphase plate
what happens in anaphase 2?
the centromeres of the sister chromatids separate into individual chromosomes travel forward to opposite poles
what happens in telophase 2?
the chromosomes arrive at opposite poles nuclei form around the chromosomes
what happens in cytokinesis 2?
cytokinesis splits the cytoplasm there are four haploid daughter cells
