What conditions must be met to fuel with passengers aboard at the gate? (5)
Off the gate?

Entry door is open and jet bridge or steps in place.
Egress route unobstructed.
Area outside is unobstructed.
Both FAs on board
Passengers are boarded opposite fueling side.
Steps in place foreward and aft.
All doors disarmed, forward open.
Egress routes unobstructed.
If steps are not available - ARFF must be notified, exit doors armed, FAs evenly distributed.
When can the aircraft be fueled with one engine running? (2)

With approval from SOC, and no passengers on board.
Can the APU be run during fueling?
How about the GPU?

Yes, but not started or shut down.
Same, can not be installed or removed.
When is Single Engine Taxi prohibited? (5+1)
[FOM 9-7]
Airports that prohibit it. Congestion at the gate creates a hazard. Braking action fair to poor. During the engine cool down period. If it would create a safety hazard. (PIC less than 100 hours can elect not to at all times)
