Notify Dispatch prior to each flight day.
Add 100’ and 1/2 mi to mins at regular, provisional, refueling airports (not alt).
Use the higher mins for determining if a destination alternate is required.
Minimums at an alternate will be higher of published or 300’ and 1 mi.
Perform all takeoffs and landings.
