the innovation has a cost : time - workers - inputs
the more i wait the more i have to spend on that

delayed cash flow
less cash flow

over that if i wait the innovation is no longer so innovative = less sell

how to develop a innovative product

A

at the beginning there is a lot of thinking and consideration: here the investment is still low
then when is time to do the prototype and study better the innovation is expensive

developing a product is expensive -> the most important thing is to select good from bad ideas
to not invest money in them

there is a way to understand is a idea is good or not = HOUSE OF QUALITY

overlapping = hard , require high communication bwt previous and next stages
