- meet state requirements for vocational/technical instructor or be considered a subject matter expert
- Have training in teaching techniques and adult learning
29.5 Wages for an apprenticeship must
progressively increase to be consistent with the skills acquired
29.5 To ensure apprentice progress, this needs to be done periodically
A review and evaluation of their on the job performance and related instruction
29.5 To help ensure proper supervision, safety, and training
A numeric ration apprentices to journeworker must be set
29.5 A apprentices probationary period cannot exceed
25% the length of apprenticeship or one year, which ever is shorter
29.5 In addition to safe and adquate facilities and equipment for training, apprentices also have to be provided
safety training that occurs on the job and in related instruction
29.5 For persons entering the apprenticeship, the sponsor must list out
minumum qualifications required
