To do an honest and fair day’s work to the best of their ability

To respect others, regardless of gender, culture, income or disability, and to report any concerns

To respect the property of the employer and if possible take the environment/ sustainability into consideration

To be trustworthy and behave ethically

To expect that employees have been honest with them about their experience and qualifications to do the work

To expect employees to do their best while at work
