The role of a mentor is to:

Support and guide the mentee in their learning and development, to listen and understand their needs, recognise where they are in their career and help them make decisions that will lead to them reaching their goals. It is also a great way to build connections for peer discussions and widen your professional network.
The RPS mentoring platform facilitates easy and appropriate matching of mentor to mentee. All RPS members can join the platform as both mentors and mentees.
