Notice Board: Placed where employees might see them eg staff room
Newsletter: Informs employees on information relating to the business
Employer Website: Roles posted on their website will be seen by those inside and outside the business
Intranet: internal website only accessed by employees roles can be seen and applied to by those who have access.
Direct Communication: Business may target specific employees managers may know if a opportunity is of interest to certain individuals. Then they can be transferred and develop skills and experience.
