Expansion will require new staff or larger premise. A business will review its current employees and make a strategy. It will need to consider resource changes.

When a jobs role is identified a business needs to find someone with right skills experience and qualifications. They can be found through internal (within the company) pr external ( outside the company)
Internal Recruitment
Notice Board: Placed where employees might see them eg staff room
Newsletter: Informs employees on information relating to the business
Employer Website: Roles posted on their website will be seen by those inside and outside the business
Intranet: internal website only accessed by employees roles can be seen and applied to by those who have access.
Direct Communication: Business may target specific employees managers may know if a opportunity is of interest to certain individuals. Then they can be transferred and develop skills and experience.
External
Recruitment agencies; has details of a large scale of people looking to work within a specific role. If one is available they are notified and forward their details.
Career Fairs: similar organisations gather and give careers advice.
Online: Advertised on the internet and accessed by anyone
Social media: appear in feed
Job websites: can search up a job role they are interested in.
Job centre’s: Support individuals who have been out of work for a period of time.
Headhunting: If someone is known for their specialised skill an organisation may approach them about a role an persuade them to apply.
Newspapers: Can advertise the job sections may be classified for different jobs.
Trade journals: Often produced for different sectors of business such as medicine contain articles and and news related to that sector.
