spiders, scorpions, crustaceans, millipedes and
centipedes).

These are the ROUND WORMS.
A very diverse group with many being parasitic
(e.g. C. elegans).

PLATYHELMINTHES
A
These are the FLATWORMS.
They have bilateral symmetry, internal organs but
no body cavity. Many are parasitic (e.g. the liver fluke
Fasciola hepatica, dicrocoelium).

A
Very diverse group and many
possess shells (e.g. snails, slugs, octopi, squid).
