Methods of online communication such as websites and applications. They can be used to share information and help to develop social and professional contracts

A simple means of communicating in real time using only a web browser
What is the influence of ICT on business activity
Collecting information : huge amounts of data is able to be gathered
Analysing information : help decide what products to produce in the future
Using employees effectively : employees are now able to work from home which reduces costs
