I worked for four hours on weekday afternoons (from one to five p.m.) Sometimes I also worked on weekends.

A

When a big group of more than 10people came to our Cafe and ordered different menus all at once.

Actuallt this has often happened.

we decided to prioritize[praɪ|ɔːrətaɪz] foods such as starting with bagles that took a long time to bake.

At the end we double-checked all the orders,

So we could efficiently[uh·fi·shuhnt·lee] and accurately serve all the menus to the customers.

Can you tell me about a time when you’ve seen something happening you didn’t really agree with? How did you react to that?

A

I listen first, and I try to understand. But if I still can’t agree with that, I express my opinion and try to find a solution that everyone can agree on.

A

First, I listen to the customers.
Second, I empathize [ˈemfəsaɪz] with them.
Third, I try to solve the problem or find someone who can help.

When you visit a cafe, as a customer, what are some things you like that would make you want to go back? What are your expectations?

A

When I visit a cafe as a customer, I want to go back if the staff is friendly. It make me happy when the staff smiles and is kind. So, if I worked here, I would always be friendly and wear a smile.

A

I notice a customer with a baby, so I asked if they needed a special chair for the baby and quickly arranged it for them.

A

There were a group of customers who couldn’t find enough tables or chairs to sit together. I move a table and some chairs so they could all sit together comfortably.

A

I’m thinking about 16dollars to 17dollars.
