Lumpy breasts
Nipple discharge (dark)
Pre-menstrually painful breasts

What signs may the patient have on examination?
A
Mobile, round lumps with smooth surfaces
May be irregular in shape

What treatments are there?

Metformin
Symptomatic (analgesia)
