Questionnaire (1 strongly disagree - 5 strongly agree)
Creates an overview of how well the group members think the group is functioning
use this 2-3 weeks into the course, might want to revisit it

Used during team formation, where it can help understand any gaps in your team and understand the strengths taht you have.

Creative an innovative, generating new ideas. May struggle with communication and timing by disrupting implementation proces with new solutions

What is Resource investigator role?
Brings enthusiams by pursuing contact and oppurtunities, excels in networking and creataing possibilities. May lose momentum and forget to follow through towards the end of a project.

What is Co-ordinator role?
Chairperson. Have big picture view, are confident and stable, great at delegating tasks. May be perceived as manipulative and delegate extensively.

What is Shaper role?
driven and competitive, challenges the team to improve, and shakes things up to consider all possibilities. Mar risk becoming aggressive but still face challenges.

What is Monitor Evaluator role?
Logical, critical and has a broad view when problem-solving, and by slow and calculated moves will always make the right decisionMay have difficulties inspiring passion.

What is Teamworker role?
Good listeners, low profile role, but can go unnoticed and unappreciated until they are absent. May not be able to take decisive action when its needed because of an unwillingnes to take sides.

What is the Implementer role?
Takes collegues suggestions and ideas and turn them into positive action. Motivated by loyalty, meaning they take tasks eveyrone avoids or dislikes. may be seen as closeminded and inflexible as they may have a hard time deviating from their own well-thought-out plans

perfectionist that goes an extra mile, double checking and so on. Strong inward sense of need for accuracy. Has own high standards, rather than encouraging others.
May frustrate teammates by nitpicking of small details, and refuse to delegate their tasks

passionate about learning in ther particualr field. Enjoys giving their knowledfe to others. If there is anything they do not know the answer to, they will happily go and find out. Brings concentration, ability, skill but can only contribute on their field and may be uniterested in anything outside of that
