  1. 2 PHs on wkdays;
  2. 1 PH @ 5 pm unless vote by maj + 1 (Marion)
  3. Mail to Os.
    OR
  4. 18 pt font w/ maps.
    (a) No map if changes actual use.
    (b) If map, incl on any online posting.
    (c) Not in legal section of newspaper.
