What are the Branches of Government?
The 3 branches are Executive, Legislative, and Judicial.
What is the Separation of Powers?
Different powers all have different duties and all balance each other.

They assure that one branch does not have too much power over another.

This branch enforces laws.
What is the job of the President?
Their job is to be the commander in chief and the head of state.
What does the Legislative Branch consist of?
This branch consists of Congress, the House of Representatives, the Senate, and Government Agencies.
What does the Legislative Branch do?
This branch writes the bills (makes the laws), holds the House of Representatives and the Senate, it taxes, impeaches, it can override a presidential veto or remove a president by a 2/3 vote, it can also confirm or deny president nomination, and can declare war.
