A

1) Instructed to by DI/ATC
2) RWY not clear or clearance not received by 200’ AGL
3) Finals checks not complete or approach path is too steep/shallow by 200’ AGL
4) IAS stabilizes threshold speed on base/final (110 KIAS)
5) Dangerous balloon (or bounce) or not touched down with > 4000’ of runway remaining
6) > 45 AoB required on base
7) An S turn is required to capture finals
8) Not satisfied with the approach
9) Not aligned with the runway by 350’ AGL by day/ 400’ b night.
10) Traffic confliction exists or once the landing sequences has been given the pilot is unable to identify or loses visual contact with preceding traffic.

- Emergency landing gear extension
- Radio/Comms failure
