Add 60ml batch pour into mixing glass Add ice & Stir for 15 seconds
Strain with Julep strainer into Alchemist Goblet over one large tall ice cube

30ml Spiced Pineapple Puree
Add ice and shake vigorously
Dump into Pineapple glass
