Luke 24:50-51
‘Then he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. 51 While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven.’
What does the resurrection and ascension show?
The power of good over evil. And that Jesus is with God.
How is it important?
Without the resurrection, there would be no Christian faith.
