Calcium
The body needs calcium to main strong bones, and carry out functions. Calcium is stored in bones and teeth.
Fe
Iron
A deficiency of iron limits oxygen delivery to cells, resulting in fatigue, poor performance, and decreased immunity. Excess amounts can result in toxicity.
K
Potassium
A mineral that the body needs. Helps nerves and muscles communicate. Move nutrients into cells and waste out.

Sodium
Controls blood pressure and volume needed for muscles

T3 and T4 help control metabolism and are needed for normal growth of the brain.

A conition when the pancreas no longer produces enough insulin, and glucose cannot be absorbed by the cells

Type II diabetes
Formerly known as adult onset diabetes or non-insulin dependent diabetes.
