Ingrained, inflexible patters of thought or feeling that cause distress or impaired functioning. Inability to take others’ perspectives. Three clusters: odd/eccentric (paranoid), dramatic/erratic (schizoid, antisocial, borderline…), anxious/inhibited (avoidant, dependent…)
