-Found that just by being studied; the employee’s level of motivation ^.
-Working in teams was more important than money.
-Non financial motivators were most important.
-Boring + repetitive work can be a de motivator.
-Recognition + appreciation between employees, mangers + directors ^ internal job satisfaction —> productivity.

2.) Hygiene factors (didn’t further motivate but if not there did demotivate): good working conditions, pay, relationships with other employees.
