1. Check if part is onboard
2. Check if available at nearby commands
3. Notify 51 of pending NORS/CASREP and produce requisition, email 51 distro, not your favorite L5.
4. Produce Casualty Report message and present to S1 for verification
5. Receive CASREP number with DG and email to S1 distro or hand deliver to supply support (in case your favorite LS is on watch or gone for the day), for finalizing CASREP.
