A

ELECTRICITY!!!!

Synchronized cardioversion at 1 J/kg, then 2 J/kg

A

Chemical cardioversion

  • 0.1 mg/kg adenosine (max 6mg)
  • 0.2 mg/kg adenosine (max 12 mg)
