A
V1 = Take-off can no longer be safely aborted.
VR = Rotate speed - nose wheel leaves the ground.
VLO = Maximum landing gear operating speed.
V2 = Take-off safety speed. (One engine)
VNE = Velocity Never Exceed.
VREF = Landing reference speed.

What is Flight Envelope?
A
Refers to the strict limits in which an event will take place or more generally to the predictable behaviour of a given phenomenon or situation, and hence, its “flight envelope“.
