Reservation of work for architects shall be the following for new build and alterations
A
The Design and planning and supervision of erection of buildings in the area of a local authority or a proclaimed township.
B
The design, planning and supervision of erection of additions extending the architectural area in the jurisdiction of a local council or a proclaimed township
inspectors, builders and foreman
A
The legislation does not bar the execution of the work as long as the work is done under the supervision of an architect.
Who may assist and architect. (1)

An architect may be assisted to carry out the work by a person not registered as an architect
