pos/neg

A

solid state drives , memory cards , memory stick
flow of electricity pushes through electrons into floating gate between two oxide layers, change in charge is 0 or 1
pos ) durable , portable (memory card) , fast access time
neg ) cost , limited r/w (oxide layers deteriate transfer of electrons becomes unreliable)
