A

They believe it is important as they cannot be saved by God and be forgiven for their sins and wiped of them in the afterlife if they do not repent.

Describe two different Christian beliefs about salvation?

A

Some believe themselves to be saved by being baptised and belonging to the Church.

Others believe that being saved is the result of a specific experience known as conversion. This is when the person leaves their former life and starts to live a new life following Jesus.
