Propaganda -> Instrument of Politixs and power for social control.
Function: Attract followers and to keep them in line. Does not require an ethical content, guided by self interest.
Public Relations -> Ethical Conduct. Achieve Mutual Understanding:
Willing acceptance of attitudes and ideas.

Definition of 1. Human Relations:
Relations between human beings on the basis of human dignity and respect for each other.

Empathy means looking at things and events from the other’s point of view.
Definition of 3. Persuassion
Persuassion is an important elemtn of public relations. To persuade means to convince another person of some idea, product, service or Institution,, to induce a person or group or to do something.
Definition of Dialogue:
Dialogue means a coversation between 2 persons with a purpose.
Requirement of Human Relations:
People are getting well together with internal publics as well as external publics.
Requirement of Empathy:
Requires that communicator be in tune with the communicate. The former should understand the attitude of the later.
