Against:
The catholic church say that nuclear weapons is always wrong as it kills lots of innocent people and it goes against the sanctity of life.”There can be no such thing asa just war in the nuclear age” by Pope John 23rd

For:
Nuclear weapons are necessary for defence meaning that some countries are armed with it
Needed to act as a deterrent (as a threat to a different country) so they can be safe

The catholic church opposes the use of terror in any situation because it goes against spreading Gods peace to his people
St Paul says never to take vengeance

For:
In the olden days, Jews became violent against people trying to force them to give up their religion. If they had not fought, Judaism may not have survived.
