State the purpose of a Job duty task analysis (JDTA)
Establish a repeatable and defensible job analysis process to support content development or revision to satisfy fleet training requirements. Must satisfy these goals at a minimum: provide a standard process for capturing pertinent data to describe work performed in the fleet. decompose and structure work apply appropriate attributes to work, at the task level, to more comprehensively describe the work
State the roles and responsibilities of the requirement sponsor prior to and after the completion of the JDTA.
Nominate SMEs to participate in a JDTA Review, approve and validate JDTA data

Explain the hierarchal structure of work
Occupation- family of jobs with common skill sets (rating) Job- duties and tasks (NEC or Watchstation) Duty- set of related tasks (maintenance) Task- single unit of specific work (PMS) Sub-Task- Major part of a task, step by step(MRC) Step- major part of a sub-task, specific behavior (step)
Explain the preparation process of a JDTA to include: Coordinator, messages, documents, stakeholders, COP, post JDTA
Coordinator- Leads process Messages- announcement (60 days prior- req SMEs 3+ mandatory), Agenda (30 days prior-link to COP, req POC), Completion report (within 30 days) Documents- POAM, AIM content planning module inputs Stakeholders- ID necessary participants COP-relevant doc posted on NKO COP page post JDTA- collect output data, CCA presents JDTA report to requirement sponsor for validation.
Where will E-4 and below/not selected for formal training, OCCSTDs be trained
