1. Flags shall be washed in warm water with mild detergent.
2. No bleach, stain removers, or other abrasive-cleaning agents shall be applied to flags.
3. Flags shall be air dried only.
4. All flags shall be replaced every three months or sooner if flags become torn, soiled, or weathered
