A
A point on the intended track from which it will take the same amount of time to fly to either equal time point aerodrome.

A
Suitable for ct-142 (3000x100 hard surface and usable fuel)
NOTAMS
CRFI, deicing, power cart
Forecast weather at or above landing minima from one hour before earliest arrival time to one hour after the latest arrival time at the ETP aerodrome
