What is the 1st trimester of pregnancy: what occurs, what is the mothers condition and the fetus size and weight
The blastocyst attaches to the uterus, a process known as implantation. After the 10th week, the embryo will have formed all its organs and systems and will be called fetus.
The mother experiences like nausea and vomiting but pregnancy isnt noticeable yet.
The fetus by the end of the trimster will be 10cm and 20gr.

The fetal organs activate, excepate for the lungs, and the fetus increases its growth. The fetus can suck its thumb and begins to move.
The mothers hormone stabilize and the symptoms of the 1st trimester disappear. The mother feels the fetus moving and the abdomen grows. Pregnancy is now noticeable.
The fetus by the end of the trimester will be 30cm and 1kg

The fetus continues growing and the lungs get ready for breathing. The fetus now doesnt move much and by the end of the trimester it turns in a downward position ready for birth.
The mothers abdomen is annoying and makes her uncomfortable and tired
Thee fetus by the end of the trimester will be 50cm and 3kg
