Lack of motivation
Limiting beliefs
Self doubt

Bad habits
What are external obstacles? (5)
Things like:
Distractions
Social pressure
Unhelpful environments
Failures
Challenges
What does “let that guide” mean in regards to self-discipline?
Self-discipline brings clarity to your life and functions as a compass for every decision
What does “until fruition” NOT mean?

What is focus?
Spending your time and energy on the things that really add value to your life
What is willpower?
Doing what you need to do, regardless of how you feel in the moment and regardless of obstacles in your way
What is self-control?
Stopping yourself from doing what you know is not good for you, and coach yourself to do what is.
What is determination?
Bypassing excuses, procrastination, fears and doubts. Stay on track with your goals and dreams even when motivation is not there.
What is integrity/reliability?
Keeping your promises to yourself and to others
What is authenticity?
Living up to your own values, standards, and rules.
What is meant by generosity?
Showing up as your best self in your life, relationships, and work
What is meant by responsibility/ownership?
Do what you need to do to get the results you want in different areas of your life
What is vision?
Living more purposefully and less impulsively by considering the long term consequences of each choice you make.
